She was predeceased by: her husband W. L. Randolph; her parents, Homer Nolan Guthrie and Mary Elizabeth Turbeville Guthrie; and her brother Marvin Guthrie. She is survived by: her sister Nancy Thompson; her children, Anita Adams (Bob), Melinda Brown (Chris) and Lee Randolph (Tina); and her grandchildren, Jonathan Adams (Amber), Jason Adams (Jaime), Amy Lucas (Martin), Aaron Adams (Laura), Brandon Randolph (Caitlin), Alan Brown, LeeAnn Brown, Samantha Williams (Justin) and Drake Culbreath. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Tennessee Baptist Children's Home or Gideon's International.
