It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Notie Lou Winfrey (Goodlettsville, Tennessee), who passed away on June 24, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Priest Debit Rutland and Layuna Stokes Rutland; and her sons, Charles Shaw and David Shaw. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Chumney, Martha McKinney, Donna Winfrey and Danny Bass (Roxanne).
