He is survived by: his wife Susan Sheppard Edwards; his children, Marshall Jr. (Teresa), Monée (Jacquire), Matthew (Meaghan) and Merry (Dave); and his sisters, Dianne, Linda (Bo) and Lisa (Richard). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
