He is survived by: his wife Betty Thompson Ralph; his sons, Luther David Ralph III and Michael R Ralph (Susan); his grandchild Raylin R Ralph; his daughter Sharon D Ralph (David Cook); his sisters, Mina Ralph Smith and Deba Ralph Gammons (Tommy); and his sisters-in-law, Jacquelin Givan Ralph and Wei Chow Ralph.
