She is survived by: her children, Kent Simmons (Sharon) of Bakersfield, CA, Lee Simmons (Kathy) of Goodlettsville, TN and Bethany Looyenga; her grandsons, Zachary Lee Simmons (Melissa) and Brian Scott Simmons (Chantelle); and her great grandchildren, Francesca Lee Simmons, Madeline Savannah Simmons, John Andrew Simmons and Judah Kent Simmons.
