She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Leroy Rice (Ed) and Emma Irene Redding Rice; her brother Edwin Rice (Leroy); her husband Oscar Watson Kizer; her son Robert Kizer (Bobby); and her daughter-in-law Wanda Kizer.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Kizer (Ruth), Paul Kizer (Sylvia), Levis (Henshaw) and Danny Kizer; her grandchildren, Kenneth Kizer (Donna), Clint Kizer (Vanessa), Katie Kizer (Alex), Brian Henshaw (Amy), Jim Kizer, Jeanette Jones (Chad) and Erica Casey (Avery); and her great grandchildren, Kristen Kizer, Drake Kizer, Josh Henshaw, Blake Spencer, Mia Kizer, Hannah Henshaw, Grace Casey, Aster Corley, Emma Casey, Eli Casey, Noah Casey, Clayton Jones and Lilla Jones. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
