He is survived by: his wife Vicki Mayhew; his sons, Joshua Aubrey Mayhew, Justin Lawrence Mayhew (Khin) and Brendan Lucas Mayhew; his grandson Henry Asher Mayhew; and his siblings, Michael Mayhew, Parris Mayhew (Barblin), Pete Pike (Nora) and Casey Mayhew.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1150 Dickerson Pike, Goodlettsville, TN 37072).
