He is survived by: his great grandchild Ellie; his wife Kathy Fugate; his children, Dawn Fugate, Joshua Fugate and Crystal Grissom (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Mackenzie "Mac" Burns, Jolaia Fugate, Jelyce Fugate, Aubrey Fugate, Dylan Grissom (Regan), Brandon Grissom (Jacey Burch-Carter) and Kelsi Breeden; his great grandchild Elise Grissom; his siblings, Linda Johnson (Michael), Les Fugate (Kim), Lloyd Fugate, Sr., Kevin Fugate (Ron Brandenburg), Albert Skinner, Jr. and Lisa Locke (James); and his brother-in-law Woody Woodard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
