With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia Ann Biggs (Goodlettsville, Tennessee), born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on July 18, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Martin and Eleanor Ridings Martin; her husband Delmar Biggs; her sons, Jimmy and Darryl Biggs; and her sister Pat Woodlief.

She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Roe (Marvin); and her siblings, Margaret Allen, Linda Oak and Sonny Martin. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
