She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Joseph Peay and Pauline Peay; her husband Frank Adkins; her sister Donna P. Stephens; her son Kyle Adkins (Jamie); her grandchildren, Carson Maxwell and Avery Adkins; and her nieces, Lisa Moore (Jim), Leslie Crump (Marty) and Linde Waller (Mark). She was also cherished by loving grandmother to her grandchildren.
