He was predeceased by: his brother David Hensley; and his parents, Ben Hensley and Floy Hensley. He is survived by: his wife Karol Hensley; his sister-in-law Kathy Karnes; his children, Jody Hensley (Ivy) and Rachel Freeman; his grandchildren, Orion Hensley and Sonny Hensley; and his sisters, Diane Kerr and Elaine Hensley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
In lieu of flowers charitable donations can be made in Joe's name to the Humane Society of Sumner County.
