Ellenburg of Goodlettsville; her daughters, Chelsey Pullin (Michael) of Goodlettsville, Samantha Robinson (Dennis) and Anita Midkiff of Springfield; her grandchildren, Jeremy Suter and Megan Oakley; and her siblings, Richard Tamayo, Shelly Allen (Rick) and Oudia Tamayo. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
