Bush (Kim), Ruthie Ann Dillon and Jimmy "Bo" Bush; his daughter-in-law Angela Bush; his grandchildren, Kandice Elrod (Austin), James David Dillon, Samantha Spain (Daniel), Matthew Williamson (April) and Eric Williamson (Heather); and his siblings, James Bush, Mary Pearson, Earline Stevens (Cecil), Jerry Dean Bush and Jesse Lewis Bush. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
