He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Hart and Minta Storer Hart; his grandchild Baby McCrary; his siblings, Viola Gillespie (Paul), Ethel Igo, Hobart Hart, Alma Jean Knauff (Forrest), Arlena Hart, Byron Hart (Eleanor), Jim Hart and Norma Stump (John); and his brothers-in-law, Robert Smith and Leroy Hoffer.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Hoffer Hart; his children, Ella Williams (Lee) of Manchester, Becky Ream (Brian), Betty McCrary (Chris) of Goodlettsville, TN. and Jamie Williams (George) of Franklin, TN; his child-in-law Jeana; his son Randy Thompson; his grandchildren, Nicole Ream-Sotomayor (Antonio), Elyse Ream, Walters Fiancé, Dylan Thompson, Leah Jeffery (Brianna Williams) and George Curtis Williams III; his great grandchildren, Paio Sotomayor and Amalia Sotomayor; his sister Christina Smith; and his mothers-in-law, Charlotte Hart and Emma Goodman (Larry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
