She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ragsdale and Frances Ragsdale; and her brothers, John Ragsdale and Robert Ragsdale. She is survived by: her children, Kristi Butler (Thomas) and Brian Forsythe; her siblings, Billy Ray Ragsdale and Joan Chappell; and her grandchildren, Morgan Preston (Garret), Landon Butler, Garrett Butler, Austin Forsythe, Jordan Pennington (Zach), Colby Forsythe, Brandon Forsythe and Reagan Forsythe. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
