He is survived by: his father Eulane Crawford; his brother Norman Crawford; his wife Ann Crawford; his children, Lisa Justice and Colonel Michael Crawford (Tony); his wife Kasey Crawford; his mother Mildred Crawford; his sister Carolyn Lashley (Terry); his grandchildren, Hailee Ellis, Hunter Ellis, Dale Ellis, Christopher Ellis, Dalton Ellis and Mary Ellis; and also Jacob Crawford (Samantha).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Women's Club or The Sheppard's Center at St Joseph Catholic Church, 1225 Gallatin Pike South, Madison, TN 37115.
