He was predeceased by: his parents, Golden Andrew and Lorene Kelly McGee; and his brother Timothy McGee. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue McGee of Goodlettsville, TN; his children, Joseph Keith McGee of Cottontown, TN and Crystal Darden (John) of Goodlettsville, TN; his grandchildren, Alisha Wyatt, Andrew Campbell, Nevaeh McGee and Jordyn McGee; and his great grandchild Willow Wyatt.
