She was predeceased by: her father Champ Hawkins; and her sisters, Betty Hawkins and Deborah Hubbell. She is survived by: her mother June E. Hawkins-Ragsdale (Billy R.); her husband Grant Payne; her children, Amy Rene Taylor and Chris M. Taylor (Kelly); her grandchildren, Sophie, Sydney and Seaton Taylor; and her siblings, Teresa McAnally (Bobby), Gary Hawkins (Connie) and Bruce Hawkins (Wendy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
