She was predeceased by: her parent Zora Thomas Carr; and her son Leslie E. Webb, Jr. (Webb). She is survived by: her parent Dorothy Binkley Carr; her husband Leslie E. Webb; her children, Mike Webb (Debbie), Tanya Anderson (Gary) and Penny Brown (Jeff); her grandsons, Jonathan Anderson (Kristen), Jason Anderson (NaShai), Thomas Brown (Heather), Todd Webb, Matthew Brown (Hannah) and Tyler Webb; and her brother Jimmy Carr. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
