He is survived by: his children, Craig Simpson (Lori), Derek Simpson, Amanda Cochran (Kent) and Earl Simpson (Ashleigh); and his grandchildren, Carson Cochran, Sara Cochran, Cayden Simpson, Michael Follis (Kimberly), Holly Spangler (Leon), J. T. Moss (Christie), Phoenix Nichols and Pierce Nichols.
