He was predeceased by: his parents, James Floyd Duncan, Jr. and Sarah Joann; his stepfather Cornell; and his sister Emily Spruill. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Duncan; his children, Jacob Duncan (Katherine Nixon), Lisa Pruitt (Jason Tolbert) and Christie Townes (Jeremy); and his sister Cindy Lewellen (Dave). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
