He is survived by: his children, Ronald Milliken, Stephen Milliken (Robin) and Tana Milliken (Shane); his grandchildren, Anna, Natalie, Taylor, Hailey, Jesse, Tristian and Haydn; his great grandchild Jace; and his siblings, Susan Bunker (Scott) and Roger Milliken (Marilyn).
