She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonadous "Jack" Jackson and Myrtle Stevens Jackson; her husband Johnnie Bush; her children, Sandra Cook and Jesse Bush; and her sisters, Mary Ann Adkins and Lisa Connelly.
She is survived by: her children, John Bush (Kim), Ruthie Dillon and Jimmy Bush; her siblings, Lucille Raines, Howard Jackson and Lloyd "Bud" Eakes (Melinda); and her pet Mickey. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
