She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Thurman and Lillie Thurman; her husband William H. Rainsford; and her stepdaughters, Louise Goodman and Jean Wheeler.

She is survived by: her son William Rainsford (Willie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family asks in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Hermitage Church of God, 4316 Central Pike, Hermitage, TN 37076.
