She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Bailey and Jessie Leeler Algood Crutcher; and her husband Thomas Owen. She is survived by: her sons, Tommy (Lois Owen), Timmy (Tammy) and Mark Owen. She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
