He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Philips and Georgette Philips; and his sister Ellen Neeley. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Paul; his wife Linda; his children, Amber Brinton (Donald), Joshua Philips and Chelsea Campbell (Justin); his siblings, Christopher Philips (Robin), Thomas Philips (Kim) and Mary Ann Philips; and his grandchildren, Maxwell and Cora Brinton. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
