She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Allen McCoy Sr.; her son Robert Allen McCoy Jr.; her sisters, Mary Brown, Joyce Barnett, Corinne Kunz and Shirley Kunz; and her parents, John Kunz and Viola Upchurch.
She is survived by: her significant other Leo Brown; her children, Phillip McCoy (Jackie), Corinne Schmidt (Ed) and Amy Smith (Mark); her grandchildren, Lorissa Short Jackson, Melissa McCoy, Phillip McCoy Jr., Chase McCoy, Alex McCoy, Dakota Smith, Jaxson McCoy, Derek Schmidt, Bobby Smith and Dylani Smith; her great grandchildren, Logan McCoy, Cameron Erb, Brisson Jackson and Kennedy Jackson; and her sisters, Wanda Williams (Wayne), Sherri Oakley (Raymond) and Robbie Kunz (Debbie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
