He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann of Goodlettsville, TN.; his children, Jeremy Paul Carter (Mandy Myers) of Spring Hill, TN and Amanda Michelle Graham (Zack Gibson) of Mebane, NC.; his siblings, Janice Fay Horn (Carter) of Kokomo, IN. and Charles Jerome Carter of Okeechobee, FL.; his grandchildren, Corey Graham (Olivia), Haley Graham (Nic Poole), Sarah Carter and Zoe Carter; his great grandchild Mercy Page Graham; his nieces and nephews, Ruth Carter, Vicki Clagg, Rebecca Chandler, Paula Boyle, Bobby Jones, Rhonda Cockrell, Cindy Jones, Glenda Casteel, Brian Jones, Kathy Titus, Jon Jones, Tim Carter and Michelle Hochstedler; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Carter (King) of Kokomo, IN..
