He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fagan and Edith Fagan; and his brothers, Bobby Fagan and Jerry Fagan. He is survived by: his wife Lois Sledge Fagan; his children, Vivian Huff (Andy) and DeWayne Fulcher; his siblings, Harold Fagan, Betty Lois Sarsfield, Judy Martin and Susan Henson; his granddaughters, Kelly, Stephanie and Andrea; and his great grandchildren, Olivia and Andrew. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
