It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Caroline Brent of Goodlettsville, Tennessee, who passed away on July 7, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hugo Cornelius Carpenter, Sr. and Ethel Dorothy Powers Carpenter; her husband Charles Brent; her son Timothy Gibbs; her grandchild Micha Danielle Gibbs; her daughter-in-law Lisa Gibbs; her granddaughter Laurel Tompkins; and her stepdaughter Nita Warm (Gene).
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Gibbs Sanders (Gary) and William Mark Gibbs (Brenda); her brother Claude Houston Carpenter (Martha); and her grandchildren, Shannon Baskin (Matt), Shanda Hayes (Matt), Jana Lowe (Matt), Megan Dadej (Jarek), Jennifer Agema (Troy), Karith Gingrow (Billy) and Faith Mayfield. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
