Fenecia Joyce is survived by: husband Richard Briggance; children, Michael Briggance and Viveca Simpson; grandchildren, Travis, Jerod Hall of James Simpson, III, Noah Dailey, Lauren, Raven Simpson and Amelia Dailey; aunt Margaret Wiggins; and siblings-in-law, Beulah Taylor, Sadie Marie Van and Lawrence Braden.
