We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2021, at the age of 103, Elvia Woodard Billingsley of Goodlettsville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Woodard and Napoleon Woodard; her siblings, Bronice Woodard and Velma Franklin; and her significant other Millard Billingsley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Boston (Terry) and Beverly Power (Jim); her grandchildren, Evan Power (Melissa), Rachel Boston, Andrew Boston (Nayoung) and Brian Boston (Sarah); her great grandchild Bea Boston; and her sister Audrey Billingsley. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
