She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Cuzzort and Alta Cuzzort; her husband William Maynard; her daughter Sandy Koutz; her great great grandchild Kaelani Bradshaw; and her siblings, Irene Steranka, James Cuzzort, Myrtle Burt and Ben Johnson.

She is survived by: her sister Betty Hunter; and her grandchildren, Christy Troup, Kathy Kemper, Kenny Kemper, Jr. and Chelsea Storehalder. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
