It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ellen Fentress of Goodlettsville, Tennessee, born in Russellville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 29, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Carter and Mary Carter; her husband Maurice Fentress; her children, Bobby Ray (Jennie), Anthony Eugene (Kathy), David Earl (Donna) and Darlene Dowlen (Buddy); her grandchildren, Tracy, Bobby Fentress Jr., Benjamin, Jake, Kristen, Michael and Keith; and her great grandchildren, Tori, Glenn, Alan, Victoria, Alex, Melanie, Bobby Fentress III and Gracie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, Goodlettsville and Hendersonville or Avalon Hospice.
