He was predeceased by: his parents, Daisy Hale and Selmer Lee Hale; his siblings, Dorothy Shelton, Hester Morgan and Gene Hale (Vivian "Joyce" Hale); and his daughter Lisa Hale Chilton.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce McFarland (Ralph), Jerry Hale (Betty) and Kenneth Hale (Patricia J. McAdams); his children, Terry Hale (Diane), Judy Smith (Keith), Kevin Hale (LeAnne), Troy Hale (Laura), Patti Higgins, Mike McAdams (Cheryl) and Marc McAdams (Holly); his brother Ed; and his wife Joyce Hale. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
