It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Gillespie of Goodlettsville, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on June 24, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Josephine Wells Mason; his stepfather Melvin Mason; and his son Donald Scott Gillespie. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Jones (Larry), Sherree Capshaw (Todd), Shane Gillespie (Mary), Brandon Gillespie (Tammy) and Shonda Carter (Michael). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
