She is survived by: her husband Earl Cletus Gowins; her brothers, Douglas Richardson of Goodlettsville and Dale Richardson (Susan) of Bethpage; her siblings-in-law, Tom Gowins (Helen) of Orville, OH and Polly Wilson of Canton, OH.; her stepchildren, Keith, Kevin, Kurt Gowins and Kathi Coker; her grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Coker, Shannon Dampf (Nathan), Meredith Richardson and Grant Richardson (Skyler); her aunt Bertha Smith; and her daughter Nancy Smith. She is also survived by 6 great nieces and nephews.
