Delmer Louis was predeceased by: parents, Delmer Biggs and Pearlie Mae Huffines Biggs; and son Darryl Biggs. Delmer Louis is survived by: wife Julia Martin Biggs; and children, Debra Roe (Marvin) and Jimmy Biggs. Delmer Louis is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
