He is survived by: his wife Jean Currey Womack; his children, Currey Womack (Kris) and Cynthia Mahaffey (Paul); his grandchildren, Shaun Womack (Andrea), Lyndi Nicholson (Ryan), Tyler Womack (Rachel) and Kyla Mahaffey; and his great grandchildren, Zoe, Gage Womack, Cade Nicholson, Hannah, Molly and Jake Womack.
