He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Williams and Eva Williams; his son Randall Williams (Sandra); and his siblings, Dean Williams, Wayne Williams, Geneva Fieldings and Canzader Birdsong.
He is survived by: his wife Maeola Williams; and his children, Jimmy Williams (Teena), Clarence Ray Williams Jr. (Wanda), Steve Williams (Linda), Janie Campbell and Janis Dailey (Oliver). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
