With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clara Sue Rosser (Goodlettsville, Tennessee), who passed away on July 16, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Eugene Chapman and Linnie Mae Magby; her husband Robert Rosser; and her siblings, Flora Binkley, John Chapman, Jr. and Mary Lynch.

She is survived by: her children, Tony Choate (Connie), Chris Choate (Donna), Christina Ledbetter (Chris) and Dawn Clark (Mark); and her sister Dale Crowell. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

“My condolences to Ms. Sue’s family, y’all had a wonderful mother. I am so blessed to have met and been one of Ms. Sue’s caregivers. I will carry in my heart forever the memories of singing with her, brushing her hair, help doing her makeup and lashes, come up with some crazy nicknames for her, Etc. even though she was my resident, she was like a grandma/friend to me. I’d give anything to see that beautiful smile and hear that lovely laugh one more time. She was so loved and will be very missed.”
