He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Haley and Lillie Haley; and his brothers, Simmit and Warren. He is survived by: his wife Helen Witherow; his son Joe Haley; his grandchildren, Joe (Kelli), Chad, Tara (Brian) and Charles; his great grandchildren, Marissa, Braxton, Vanna, Lillian, Tristin, Caden, Briara and Leah; his great great grandchild Logan; and his siblings, Watson, Neal and Nettie Rose. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
