He was predeceased by: his brothers, Bailey Bibee and Gary Bibee. He is survived by: his wife Dorris Matthews Bibee; his children, Thomas Leon Bibee, Michael Lee Bibee (Carol) and Lisa Denise Drake; his brothers, Wayne Bibee (Ruth), Carl Lee Bibee (Jan) and Harold Dean Bibee (Wanda); and his grandchildren, Angel Rangel, Jasmine Rangel and Daniel Lee Bibee. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
