He is survived by: his mother Sandra Parker (Scott); his wife Julia Britton; his children, Michael Lee (Brittney Sadro), Joshua Lee, Rachel Lee and Noah Lee; and his siblings, Ron Parker (Julie), Annette Jaske (Matt) and Sharon Parker.
