He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Elizabeth Hutchison Fiveash and Larry Morgan Fiveash; his wife Bonnie Brandon; and his daughter Kathy. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Ulrich and Vicki Brown; his sons-in-law, Karl Ulrich and Mike Brown; his granddaughters, Carla Ulrich (Bryan Reiner), Heather Mendez (Ronald Mendez), Morgan Grant (Jackson Grant), Krista Newman, Kaci Mexic (Drew Mexic) and Kimber Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Rayne, Cannon, Lynnlie, Adelyn, Kayden, Levi, Micah and Logan.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1150 Dickerson Rd, Goodlettsville, TN 37072). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
