He is survived by: his mother Juanita Howell; his wife Trish Howell; his brother Gwynn Howell (Donna); his children, Billy Hugh Howell III (Becky), Robert Travis Howell (Deanna), Sara Fischer (Ryan) and Dustin Stewart; and his grandchildren, Billy Hugh Howell IV, Robert Cooper Howell, Robert Brooks Howell, Lincoln Cole Howell, Anna McLaine Howell, Rylee Nelson and Baby Girl Fischer.
