It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Parks (Goodlettsville, Tennessee), who passed away on January 2, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Parks and Emma Jean Briley Parks; and his siblings, Maggie, Hazel, Olean, Dean, Marvin, Forest and Jack "Dougie" Mr.
He is survived by: his wife Robbie Parks; his children, Steven Parks and Pamela Carter; and his grandchildren, Rhonda Renee, DeFelice and Coby Jones.
