He is survived by: his children, Beth Ann DeWitt (Donald) of Muncie, IN and Les Lazarus (Mary) of Goodlettsville, TN; his grandchildren, Joshua Lazarus, Andrew Lazarus, Stephen Lazarus (Felicia), Ashley Craig (Brian), Michelle Hickey (Shane) and Sarah Ferguson (Eliott); and his half-sister Mary Kay Ewing of Kokomo, IN. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
