She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Ferrin and Thelma Perkins Seay Smith; and her sisters, Ruth Bourne and Sue Alley. She is survived by: her husband Charles Moore of Goodlettsville; her son Brad Bohannon (Chandra) of Knoxville; her grandchildren, Allyson, Caden, Olivia and Natalie; her stepdaughters, Kelley Ball of Springfield and Gina Garner (Mark) of Goodlettsville; and her nieces and nephews, Buddy Bourne, Elaine Woodard, Susie Sholar, Diane Shepard, Richard Alley and Sheila Allison. She is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren.
