With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia H. Jeter of Gleason, Tennessee, who passed away on July 28, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack W. Jeter; her parents, Roy Rosco and Tenne Aileen Hodges; and her siblings, Martha Nell Poyner, Mary Jane Higgs, Margaret Ann Calvert, Bettye Faye Bell, John Robert Hodges, Tommy Hodges and Roy Lee Hodges.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Jeter (Rita) of Gleason, TN, Jere Jeter of Franklin, TN and Gail Campbell (Kerry) of Nashville, TN.; her siblings, Charles Hodges of Huntingdon, TN, Susan Allen of Christmasville, TN. and Janis Featherstone of Christmasville, TN.; and her grandchildren, Brooke McClure, Tamara Turbyville, Paul Jeter, Elizabeth Rutledge, John Campbell, Kristen Baker and Karen Hollars. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
